Introduction to Photography Studio Lighting I'm a professional photographer and work in my photography studio most days. So I'm very aware of how important it is to be able to use light effectively. The right lighting can bring out your subject's best features (and they will love you forever for making them look good). Bad lighting on someone just looks horrible.
